Most people can start a exercise plan without worry; however, some people may require a preliminary health check to ensure that they are taking on the right level of activity for their medical condition.

Health Questionnaire
A health questionnaire is a list of questions about someone's health issued by underwriters before accepting a person as a risk.
This my Health Questionnaire we did in class, you can see that there are various questions about lifestyle.
Heart Rate Data
Heart rate or pulse, is the number of times a person's heart beats per minute. Normal heart rate varies from person to person, but a normal range for adults is 60 to 100 beats per minute.
How to calculate your heart rate?
· For your resting heart rate, you must lay down, be calm and then count how many heart bits you get in a minute.
· For your maximum heart rate, you should exercice with a lot of intensity, in my case, we did "curs navet" then, when you finish, you must count your heart bits in a minute.
You can also calculate your heart rate with different percentages of intensity of the activity you do.
The body fat percentage of a human is the total mass of fat divided by total body mass, multiplied by 100; body fat includes essential body fat and storage body fat. Essential body fat is necessary to maintain life and reproductive functions.

This second trimester we went four Fridays in Can Ricart, were we have done four different classes to know how classes are taught and also to know how can we improve our physical and also our health.
The first day we have done CYCLING On the next one we did a BODY COMBAT class The third Friday we did YOGA and PILATES And finally we did a FUNCTIONAL class
The classes were very well taught and the expirience was great.
At the end of all four activities, the instructor of the gym gave us 2 free passes so we can go there and participate on different classes or just exercise.
I went there on the 2nd of March, first I did some warm-up and then I went to the treadmill for about 20 minutes. I kinda want to improve my arms (biceps, triceps) and also at the same time practice boxing, I went to the punching bag for 30 minutes and did some workout. I took a mini break, and lastly, I did cycling for 20 minutes.
LOCKDOWN PROJECT
This 3rd trimester we have been confined, because of Covid-19, so to not be inactive this period, our teacher sent us exercices for us to do them and combat sedentary lifestyle.
